Refund policy

At True Origin Foods, we take pride in the quality and safety of our products. Due to health and safety regulations, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns. This is to ensure that all products remain safe, fresh, and uncontaminated for every customer.

We also don’t offer sale or return, as we work with food products and need to ensure all stock remains properly handled, stored, and traceable. This is essential for maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.

If there’s an issue with your order we’re happy to help resolve it wherever possible.

To report a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing info@trueorigin.org.uk. You’ll need to include the following:

  • Images of the outer parcel/box
  • Images of any damaged items
  • A description of the damaged product(s)
  • Quantities affected
  • Your order number
  • A brief summary of the issue

Once we receive all the relevant information, our team will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
