Retailer Account Terms and Conditions

Trading Terms

  • Credit facilities are offered at the discretion of True Origin.
  • The first order must be paid in advance at checkout by either card or PayPal.
  • All goods remain the property of True Origin until paid for in full.
  • Responsibility for storage, handling and insurance of goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
  • True Origin reserve the right to amend or withdraw credit facilities.

Credit Facilities

  • Credit customers will be given a credit limit of £500 on opening an account.
  • Credit limits will be reviewed based on order and payment history.
  • All orders must be paid for within 30 days (unless already agreed) from the tax point on the invoice, which is the date your order leaves True Origin.
  • Exceeding your credit limit or payment terms without prior agreement may result in your credit limit being reduced and delays to subsequent orders.

Ordering and Delivery

  • The minimum order level on the wholesale online shop is £100.
  • Any claims for damage or short deliveries must be made in writing to True Origin (details in footer) by the purchaser within 4 days of delivery with photographic evidence of damages. True Origin will not be liable for any claim made outside this period.
  • In case of non-delivery, claims must be made within 4 days of receipt of invoice. True Origin will not be liable for any claim made outside this period.
  • Any refund claims or queries with True Origin products sold by the retailer and returned by the end customer must be raised with True Origin via the retailer only.

Pricing Structures

  • Minimum order is £100
  • Free shipping applies to orders over £150
  • 5% discount on orders over £400

Delivery Charges

  • For orders between the MOV of £100 and £150, delivery will be charged at £5.95 to the UK mainland.
  • Free delivery is given on orders over £150 to the UK mainland.
  • Delivery to the Highlands and Islands may incur an additional shipping charge.

Please write your account number, and the invoice number you are paying on the back of the cheque.

Use of the True Origin Name and Logo

The name True Origin, together with its associated logotype and logo sign is the sole property of True Origin and is a registered trademark and therefore prior written consent should be sought before use.
